MADE for Kids is Music, Art, & Drama Education, a community-oriented opportunity for children who live in the Concordia neighborhood and beyond. Established by Concordia University in 1996, the program is designed to encourage children with interactive arts experiences beyond their regular school programs. This intergenerational, interscholastic experiment has been supported through grants from the Pamplin Foundation, Herbert Templeton Foundation, Autzen Foundation, Union Pacific Foundation, and the McMenamin Brothers. Prior MADE activities have included Concordia's own Case of the Broken Zoosafone (presented to eight neighboring elementary schools), Folk Tales and World Legends (presented at Faubion Elementary classrooms by Concordia education students) and the original one-act musical Mirror, Mirror, Off the Wall.

Since Concordia University's closure in 2020, MADE for Kids has found a home at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, next to Faubion Elementary, where musical theater camps are offered at about two-thirds the cost of other acting camps.
